Diane Manning Named Vice President at SCS

OXFORD, Miss. – Security Credit Services, a nationally known and recognized top ten debt purchaser of both performing and non-performing receivables recently in September 2022 announced the promotion of Diane Manning to Vice President of its legal network management, supporting the firm’s extraordinary, continued growth.
“I’m excited to announce that Diane Manning, Esq (General Counsel of Jormandy, based in Norfolk, VA) will be joining the Security Credit Services team as Vice President – Legal Network Management, effective September 1st,” said Kaye Dreifuerst, President of Security Credit Services. “As our Legal inventory continues to grow and consumer collection laws continue to become more complicated, Diane’s expertise in collection law will help the existing Security Credit Management team.”
The continued daily oversight of the Legal Network will continue under Jessica Marquis and will remain in the Oxford, Miss. office. Diane will remain in the firm’s Norfolk, Virginia office and will be assisting Jessica and team with strategy and performance changes.
Diane currently serves as General Counsel for Jormandy as well as President of the Virginia Creditors’ Bar. Diane graduated with a law degree from William & Mary and will maintain her current role within Jormandy in addition to serving as Vice President, managing Security Credit Services legal network.
Darren Price will continue to oversee the ever-growing Collection Agency Network and will be instrumental in the transition of the legal network from his oversight to Diane’s.
